About

A practice, in private.

Hi, I'm Lexxi. Studio Lovelle is the studio I always wanted to be a client of.

Studio Lovelle interior

i didn't find pilates. it found me, the way most things worth keeping do.

after a hit & run left me with a herniated disc and bursitis in my knee, i had to completely relearn how to move. i came to pilates cautiously. then obsessively. the precision, the breath, the way it asked me to slow down and actually listen. it changed everything.

i hold a 500-hr Comprehensive Certification and continue to add to my training. i keep learning because a good teacher never stops being a student, and because good movement work lives at the intersection of science and intuition. healing is never just physical.

studio lovelle is private by design. every session begins with a check-in because what your body needs today is not what it needed last week. the next session is built around that answer.

this isn't just movement. it's a practice that carries over. how you breathe under pressure, how you carry yourself, how you come back to your body when life pulls you out of it.

Philosophy

How I teach.

my teaching is rooted in precision, breath, and intentional movement. i'm not here to push you through a workout. i'm here to help you find the version of movement that actually serves your body. every cue is deliberate, every exercise has a reason, and nothing is one size fits all.

i also believe the body keeps score. the way you hold tension, the patterns you move through without thinking, the places you disconnect. my sessions create space to notice all of that. strength and stillness are not opposites here. they work together.

When I'm not in the studio…

you'll find me cycling the beltline, adding to my plant collection, or down a rabbit hole about something i didn't need to know but absolutely had to. music is my second language, books are my reset, and my two cats and dog are usually in the way. somewhere between the bikes, the playlists, and the bottomless reading lists, pilates still wins
