what to expect at your first session

parking: street parking is available right outside the studio. arrive a few minutes early to find a spot.
what to wear: comfortable, fitted athletic wear you can move in. grip socks are required on the reformer (a pair can be provided if you don't have your own).
what to bring: water and yourself. mats, props, and equipment are all here. layers if you tend to run cold.
arrival window: doors open about 5 minutes before your session. arrive on time so we can use the full hour together.
